  • Detoxifying Pore Treatment works to help remove impactions from pores in the skin, aiding the extraction process during in-office treatments. This treatment also helps clear away impurities, bacteria, and dead skin cells trapped within the pore walls in order to improve the appearance of clogged pores and visible blemishes.

  • The PCA perfecting peel is a multi-faceted skin-brightening formulation that is excellent for all skin types. The gentle alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) solution refines the skin’s surface texture by improving the appearance of various forms of skin discolouration caused by internal and external factors creating a clear and even skin tone. The anti-inflammatory & antioxidant properties protect the skin against oxidative stress improving the appearance of acne and breakout-prone skin. The antioxidants also neutralize free radicals that cause skin damage, and this will reduce fine lines & wrinkles resulting in a more youthful complexion. This perfecting peel also increases the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF) helping the skin look smooth, hydrated, and healthy looking.

    Treatment Time: 45 mins - 60 mins

  • The PCA no-peel peel is an entry-level professional peel that is formulated with lactic acid and a polyhydroxy acid (PHA) known as gluconolactone. Using this formulation allows this peel to be a suitable treatment option for all Fitzpatricks and skin types, especially sensitive skin. PHAs have properties similar to alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), delivering the same type of benefits with less irritation. These acids exfoliate and moisturize the skin while helping improve skin laxity, roughness, pore size, and uneven skin tone. This professional peel is also recommended for first-time peel patients and those wanting a gentler peel in between their professional treatments.

    Treatment Time: 45 mins - 60 mins

Why should you follow pre & post-care chemical peel instructions?

  • It is crucial to follow pre-care chemical peel instructions for maximizing effectiveness of the treatment, to ensure that there is uniform penetration, accelerating healing, and to minimize the risk of uneven results, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), irritation, hypersensitivities, infections, and/or any adverse reactions.

Why should you follow post-care chemical peel instructions?

  • Following proper post-care instructions after a chemical peel is essential to ensure optimal healing, and to prevent possible complications such as scarring or hyperpigmentaion. Depending on if you completed a Superficial, Medium Depth, or Deep chemical peel will determine the approximate timeframe it will take for complete recovery and optimal results.
